First step

Emergency roof tarping after a hurricane

When a tree comes down or the wind opens up a roof, the first job is keeping the rain out. We can place an emergency tarp on a damaged roof so the property is covered while the repair is planned.

A tarp is a temporary cover, not a permanent repair.

For a storm emergency, call (407) 280-8786, day or night.

Water damage

Water damage repair: walls, paint and floors

Wind-driven rain and roof leaks soak walls, ceilings and floors. As part of the repair, we remove the damaged drywall and wall materials, replace them, and finish with paint and flooring.

Not sure how far the water reached? Send photos of each room and we will go over them with you.

Signs to look for

  • Walls that feel soft or look swollen
  • Stains on walls or ceilings
  • Paint that bubbles or peels
  • Floors that lift or warp
Illustration, not a photo of a real job: a storm leak through the ceiling stains the wall and warps the baseboard. After the repair: a smooth wall, fresh paint and a new baseboard. Drag the handle to compare.

Buildings

Storm repair for buildings and apartment complexes

A storm does not stop at one door. We repair storm damage at residential complexes and commercial buildings, as well as homes.

If you own or manage a property, list the units or areas that were damaged and send a few photos of each. That helps us understand the size of the job.
